Oh hey! Looks like you’re on the hunt for a great headshot photographer near Milwaukee, Wisconsin?
That’s perfect because I just to happen to specialize in personal branding and headshot photography. Weird huh?! May you be a new entrepreneur, small business owner, local real estate agent or a business executive, it’s my job to bring out that confidence and professional side that your clients and fellow professionals need to see. Here’s my top tips to find the headshot photographer that’s right for you!
A good headshot photographer offers you every kind of style in your photoshoot. From corporate headshots to lifestyle headshots to fun and unique headshots that make you stand out from the crowd. May it be indoors or outdoors, I have a variety of locations that will be a great fit for your brand.
Is there just a link to book a shoot and burn session on the photographer’s website? Or do they actively invite you to schedule a consultation before booking the photoshoot in order to understand both you and your brand. Anyone can take pictures these days. The teams that truly want to see you succeed by getting professional headshot and personal branding images will take the time to get to know not just why you need new photos but how you’re going to use them. Take time to see what kind of experience the photographer is offering their clients. The more care they put into getting to know you before your photoshoot, the more care you’ll receive both during and after as well!
It may seem obvious but it’s often overlooked when you do quick online “window shopping” for a personal branding photographer. A good headshot photographer will photograph clients who they wish to be photographed. They’ll edit images with the same filters and look so everything in their own brand’s marketing materials is consistent. Personally, I think this is rubbish. Find a photographer who is consistent in their quality, care and level of service but will listen to your wants and needs. Being photographed can be a vulnerable experience and it’s vital that your images match your brand; not your photographers. Make sure they’re personality vibes with yours!
